Some feedback from the previous workshop :

“…. Peter Yiangou facilitated a truly enriching experience, creating a space where meaningful dialogue and reflection could unfold…

“It was fantastic, I found Peter so incredibly knowledgeable, inspiring and inclusive. I would love for there to be a part two of this (and 3,4….).”

Workshop Focus

Mindfulness is the simple practice of returning our attention to the present moment with care and curiosity. It helps us appreciate life as it is, meeting its ups and downs with resilience and balance.

But what if mindfulness is more than a tool for managing stress?

What if it’s a doorway — inviting us into a deeper, richer dimension of experience?

Across these sessions we’ll explore:

  • How mindfulness helps us recognise and release unhelpful mental habits
  • What it means to live with a sense of connection and wholeness
  • How mindful awareness can open into the wisdom of contemplative traditions
  • Finding the meeting point between the ordinary and the sacred.

Each workshop will include short guided practices, reflective discussion, and readings from a range of sources.
